Adapting our COSMO buffet experience for Covid times.
Welcome back to COSMO World Buffet - it’s great to be open again and serving our guests. Rest assured, your safety and welfare is still our top priority so we’ve made a few temporary changes to make sure we are Covid-safe:
Service
Good news! You can still serve yourself at the buffet; we just need you to wear a mask, sanitise your hands, wear the single use gloves provided and follow our one-way system. One thing that hasn’t changed, is the freedom to return as many times as you like as long as you follow our few simple practises, it's as easy as that. In our Scottish, NI and Irish restaurants you can still visit the buffet counter, but our chefs will serve your food to you. If you are exempt, the local authorities have requested that our exempt guests remain seated, and our lovely team will assist you with collecting your food choices. We appreciate that this measure is extremely disappointing, but we thank you for your understanding on this.
The Buffet
Due to Covid-19 safety measures, we’ve had to temporarily remove a very small number of buffet items for the time being including the chocolate fountain and self-serve ice cream machines. You can be assured that all of your favourites are still there with plenty of choice, so you won't be disappointed. We're positive you'll satisfy your COSMO buffet craving.
Alcohol
Unfortunately, we are unable to serve alcohol in our English branches at the moment, but we've put together a temporary drinks menu that's just as good! Sadly, this is out of our hands and a technical rule relating to being able to open as a buffet restaurant with social distancing measures.
